Swimming

Today I tried out swimming as part of my aerobic exercise routine. I first started off by stretching and doing some warm up exercises (ex. scissor kicks and running man). I then swam laps for thirty minutes, only stopping every-so-often to take a quick break to breath.

While the exercise was a bit tough, afterwards I felt amazing! Then entire day I was feeling very anxious about all of my finals. Lucky once I was done, I didn't feel so stressed. One thing for sure is that afterwards I was extremely hungry and tired so I went to bed and slept like a baby.
